Eric M. Kephart, D.O. is the owner and founding physician of Modern Sports medicine and Wellness. Dr. Kephart is a board-certified, fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician. He is certified in Advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy with over a decade of experience using MSK ultrasound and interventional orthopedics.

Dr. Kephart has lectured at local, state, and national conferences, including Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA), Osteopathic Medical Education Conference (OMED), and American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine (AOASM).

Dr. Kephart holds a BS in Molecular Biology from Grove City College, an MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Middle Tennessee State University, and a DO from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He is a loving husband to his wife Lindsay and proud father of their four children. As a former NCAA athlete turned triathlete, Dr. Kephart understands the struggle of both an active lifestyle and natural aging. He is passionate about restoring health and helping individuals feel their best.
